What you'll be doing

• Provide dietary assessments and nutrition counseling to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop nutrition care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in Epic
• Educate patients and families on nutrition-related topics

What we need to see

• Current RD/RDN certification
• At least 1 year of experience in dietary services
• Proficiency in using Epic for charting
