L&D RN

Join our team as an L&D RN, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns.

What you'll be doing

• Provide care for patients in labor and delivery, including high-risk cases
• Monitor fetal health and respond to fetal distress situations
• Assist with C-sections and other OB emergencies
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Float to other units as needed, primarily MedSurg
• Participate in couplet care when census is low

What we need to see

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• At least 2 years of L&D experience
• Proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring
• C-section experience
• Experience in caring for high-risk patients
