Join our dynamic Labor and Delivery team as an L&D RN, where your expertise will make a significant impact on maternal and neonatal care.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment
• Monitor fetal health and respond to fetal distress situations
• Assist with C-sections and manage pre-eclampsia cases
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other units as needed, primarily MedSurg
• Utilize assessment skills to handle OB emergencies until the provider arrives

What we need to see

• Active ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications
• At least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and actions for fetal distress
• C-section experience
• Ability to care for patients with pre-eclampsia
