Join our dynamic team as an MS3, where you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced MedSurg environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide patient care in a MedSurg unit with Tele capability
• Manage a nurse to patient ratio of 1:5 days and 1:6 nights
• Conduct rounds as part of a supportive nursing team
• Float to all MedSurg units and ICU as needed
• Collaborate with tele techs, charge nurses, and support staff

What we need to see

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurg acute care setting
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• PALS certification
• Willingness to float to all MedSurg units and ICU
