Registered Nurse-Critical Care Float

Join our Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse and make a difference in patient care across various ICU settings.

What you'll be doing

• Float to different ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity
• Provide critical care nursing for Neuro, Surgical, Medical, and Cardiology ICUs
• Manage patient care with a focus on high-acuity cases
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and management

What we need to see

• Active nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Previous travel nursing experience
