Registered Nurse-Hospice

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in Hospice, providing compassionate care to patients in their homes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and direct home nursing care based on physician orders
• Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs
• Conduct home visits for patient assessments and care
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
• Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic for patient visits
• Participate in periodic office meetings

What we need to see

• Current RN license in California
• At least 1 year of Adult Home Health or Hospice experience
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
