Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - DH

Join our team as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting invasive cardiology procedures and ensuring patient safety.

What you'll be doing

• Assist invasive cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Prepare patients for cardiac, electrophysiology, and peripheral procedures
• Monitor patients and document procedures accurately
• Set up and maintain imaging equipment in the procedure room
• Provide assistance with sheath removal, groin management, and transport
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Conduct quality control activities on designated equipment
• Assist with billing processes and charge audits

What we need to see

• Active CCI certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Successful completion of a scrub technician training program or hospital-based training program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• One year of experience as a scrub technician or cardiac technician
• RCIS/RCES certification
