CT Tech - DH

Join our team as a CT Tech, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and position patients for examinations while ensuring proper documentation
• Produce high-quality technical images and review completed exams for accuracy
• Assist physicians during procedures as needed
• Perform equipment quality assurance and calibrations
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report malfunctioning equipment
• Process images and manage routine office duties in EPIC and PACs
• Work on call and cover various shifts to ensure department needs are met
• Uphold professional standards in patient interactions and care

What we need to see

• Active New York State-Department of Health Radiology License or Limited Permit upon hire
• ARRT certification in Radiography or CT
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days
• Proficiency in using EPIC and PACs systems
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• DOH IV certification
• Experience in a hospital-based radiography program
