Epic Applications Analyst - DH

Join our team as an Epic Application Analyst, where you'll enhance patient care through innovative technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, test, and support Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules
• Provide professional customer support and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor operational workflows and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Facilitate IT meetings for project updates and ticket prioritization
• Coordinate vendor activities and manage device integration testing
• Execute system changes following IT Change Management processes
• Provide training and support for end-users on EPIC applications

What we need to see

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of application-related experience
• Epic Certification in OpTime
• Experience with application testing
• Experience with third-party integrations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Anesthesia Certification is a plus
