Therapy/Rehabilitation-PT Home Health

Join our team as a Home Health Physical Therapist, providing essential rehabilitation services in the beautiful Hood River area.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver one-on-one therapy to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC Remote Client and Oasis for patient charting
• Travel to patient locations within a 60-mile radius
• Ensure compliance with COVID vaccination requirements

What we need to see

• Active Physical Therapist licenses in both Oregon and Washington
• BCLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with Oasis
• Ability to travel up to 60-90 minutes per day
