Join our team as a Home Health Physical Therapist, providing essential rehabilitation services in the beautiful Seaside, OR area.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver one-on-one therapy to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC Remote Client and Rover for charting
• Ensure compliance with COVID vaccination requirements
• Coordinate patient care with minimal drive time

What we need to see

• Active Physical Therapist license
• BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Proficiency in Oasis documentation
