CT Tech - DH

Join our team as a CT Tech, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and position patients for examinations while ensuring proper documentation
• Produce high-quality technical images and review completed exams for accuracy
• Assist physicians during procedures as needed
• Perform equipment quality assurance and calibrations
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report malfunctioning equipment
• Process images and perform routine office duties, including patient documentation
• Work on call and cover various shifts to ensure department needs are met

What we need to see

• ARRT registered and CT certified
• New York State-Department of Health Radiology License or Limited Permit upon hire
• Current BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days
• New York State-Department of Health IV certification within 180 days
• Passing advanced CT examination/certification (ARRT) within 1 year
• Experience in documenting patient information in Epic

• 2 years of experience in a relevant role
• DOH IV certification upon completion of 6-month orientation
