MRI Technologist

Join our team as an MRI Technologist and play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging techniques.

What you'll be doing

• Operate the MRI machine efficiently
• Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures
• Coordinate with physicians for timely diagnostic imaging
• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Document all procedures while ensuring patient confidentiality
• Perform patient care tasks as needed
• Insert IVs when necessary for tests

What we need to see

• Associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• Certification through the ARRT
• GE scanner experience
• Injection certification
• Willingness to obtain NYS Rad Tech license after starting

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
