MRI Technologist

Join our team as an MRI Technologist and play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging.

What you'll be doing

• Operate the MRI machine efficiently
• Make patients feel comfortable before and during scans
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure timely results
• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Document all procedures while ensuring patient confidentiality
• Perform patient care tasks as needed
• Insert IVs when necessary for tests

What we need to see

• NYS Rad Tech license or willingness to obtain after starting
• Certification through the ARRT
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
• GE scanner experience
• Injection certification

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology
