Registered Nurse-Hospice

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in Hospice, providing compassionate care to patients in their homes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and direct home nursing care according to physician orders
• Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs
• Conduct home visits for various patient needs including wound care and follow-ups
• Utilize HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS for patient documentation
• Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic for patient visits

What we need to see

• Active RN license
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of hospice or adult home health experience
• Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS
