Join our team as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient rehab facility, where you'll make a significant impact on patient recovery and mobility.

What you'll be doing

• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and relieve pain
• Develop and update patient Plans of Care based on evaluations and established standards
• Document patient evaluations and treatment progress accurately
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers and support team members
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants and serve as a clinical instructor for students
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding patient care

What we need to see

• Active CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS Certification
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in a hospital setting with a focus on acute care and inpatient rehab
• Willingness to float between inpatient, acute rehab, and outpatient settings
