Therapy/Rehabilitation-PT Outpatient

Join our team as a Physical Therapist in a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation setting, where you'll make a significant impact on patient recovery and mobility.

What you'll be doing

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical treatment programs
• Document patient evaluations and treatment progress per established standards
• Develop and update patient Plans of Care based on assessments
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides
• Serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What we need to see

• Active CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in outpatient rehab with inpatient coverage
