What you'll be doing

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC Remote Client for Home Health for charting
• Ensure compliance with COVID vaccination requirements
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

What we need to see

• Active Oregon occupational therapy license
• Current BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with EPIC Remote Client for Home Health
• Own transportation for patient visits
• Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
