Therapy/Rehabilitation-OT Home Health

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, where you'll make a meaningful impact on patients' lives in the Hood River area.

What you'll be doing

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Document patient progress using EPIC and Oasis systems
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Utilize your expertise in treating various diagnoses including dementia and post-stroke

What we need to see

• Active licensure in both Oregon and Washington
• Current BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with Oasis documentation
• Familiarity with EPIC Remote Client for Home Health

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals and Core Measures
• Experience with billing in a home health setting
