Therapy/Rehabilitation-OT Home Health

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, where you'll make a meaningful impact on patients' lives in the Hood River area.

What you'll be doing

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Document patient progress using EPIC and OASIS
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Utilize your own transportation for patient visits

What we need to see

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure
• Current BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with OASIS documentation
• Familiarity with EPIC charting

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience with National Patient Safety Goals
• Billing experience in a healthcare setting
• Additional home health experience
• Experience with acute disorders
