What you'll be doing

• Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Document patient progress using EPIC and Oasis systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with COVID vaccination requirements

What we need to see

• Active occupational therapist license
• BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with EPIC and Oasis systems
• Primary series COVID vaccination with one booster
